Your coworkers will be a pretty good reason to keep coming back to work. Recruiting picks those with great personalities. You'll meet interesting people along the way, and drive really cool cars.

Cons

Depending on the location, you might have to deal with some not so nice service advisors. You'll have to deal with upset/impatient customers time to time too. I personally hate working for Penske dealerships because of it but love the work environment CAG dealerships provide.

Pros

Citrin offers plenty of personal growth opportunities at all levels, while the company continues to grow rapidly. They provide flexible scheduling, a great training program and plenty of management support along the way. I have always been impressed with how Citrin prioritizes living their values, which promotes a healthy work culture.

Cons

Hospitality division can require long days/hours.

Job is very fast paced and you are constantly on your feet. This is great as you will not be sitting around.

Cons

Can be physically exhausting in the summer when you are outside all day.
