Pros

Citrin has a very comfortable culture. Small things in a company can create a big picture so I think it’s good that Citrin has a really good core. Also, My account manager, and operations managers are amazing so I don’t think this company has many issues.

Cons

There aren’t really any cons about Citrin. I’ll be back with a review after a year and see if anything changes though.

Pros

Working at Citrin has a family feel to it. While it is a large, growing company, it still has that "start up" feel to it. I regularly get to communicate with the President and CEO and feel my input is valuable and appreciated.

Cons

There is a lot of growth opportunity but there are a lot of people interested in the open roles so sometimes you miss out on advancement opportunities because there are so many great, qualified people applying to them.

People are friendly, they cut straight to the point and don't beat around the bush. Working for them is excellent and the benefits and opportunities to move up/around are endless.

Cons

None that I have seen so far.
