Pros

Very understanding managers. Flexible hours, plenty of overtime opportunities. A family kind of vibe in the workplace.

Cons

There's basically no cons. Other than the beginning of a new partnership with the suburban dealership in Michigan was a little dicey at first but smoothed out very quick.

If you're looking for a job where your work pays off then this company is where you want to be. They are also very flexible in working with you and your schedule. There are opportunities to grow professionally if you are seeking them.

Cons

This job can be mentally tough sometimes with working in the weather, but you can learn what your best defense is by just asking around. There are times when customer interactions don't always go the way you want them to either, but again staying mentally strong and positive goes a long a way.
