Team environment, focus on doing the right thing for clients and employees, excellent balance between work and personal life, Christian value system, long tenured employees, small company feel with a $2.3 billion bank at the core, excellent benefits, deep rooted culture of simply being nice to people.

Cons

Hard to think of any - happy camper club.

City Bank has been a very good company to work for. There are so many genuine people throughout every department, and they are all willing to help you achieve your goals. I am a college student working for them and they have been a great help to me and I have learned a lot.

Cons

Being a college student, it was difficult to get home to my family around the holidays. The fact that banks only close the day of the holiday made it hard, and often times I could not even make it home to my family.
