friendly staff, young coworkers with the same interests, and upper management that will go to bat for you at any given time.

Cons

Working every Saturday and sometimes when I was part-time there was difficulty getting more than 15 hours per week.

There are a lot of bank holidays in the fall

Cons

Do not value the employees that do the majority of business operations and have the most customer contact. Will be paid the bare minimum despite advanced degrees. Understaffed so you will work Saturdays. Disrespectful department heads. Constant turnover.
