Pros

The only thing I can really think of is that it’s a job.

Cons

The pay is horrible. The benefits are horrible. The management only seems to be there for themselves with little care for employees.

Pros

Co-workers, though most have quit or a few of my favorites were sales and all of them had positions eliminated, except for the chosen favorite.

Cons

You’ve been warned- Pay is terrible, upper management is an absolute joke full of fat lazy greedy liars. There is no stability at that plant even after you put in several years like many of us. They eliminated the whole sales force (IA/MN) including the DM‘s August/September 2021. That’s not a very financially secure “family owned” business, which is what I heard was told to the sales staff a month prior. Employees received no severance, all earned PTO days lost, benefits that day were terminated and no earned commissions. This was probably done to avoid large commission pay-outs, kept for themselves. The plant is dirty, little training and it reminded many of us of a sweatshop with no appreciation. Customers were treated poorly, drivers have been caught being extremely inappropriate, rates were constantly being raised, uniforms were old completely outdated and they stunk. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever worked for.
