People there have been there for a long time, and they enjoy the work that they do. Management is very professional, and the work has little oversight. 50 cent raise each season you return, but that isn't saying much when you start at under 10$/hr. It's really hard to get fired.

Cons

They hire too many uncommitted part time workers, which drives the hourly wage down for those are there more often. Basically, the pay is at least 3$/hr lower than what they should be paying. The older full time maintenance employees (25+ year vets), hardly work at all except for the bare minimum for the week.
