Decent pay and benefits- doesn't even out the cons.

Pros

Dependable income and good medical benefits. Leave time is accrued and can be rolled over at the end of the year.

Cons

Worst leadership of any place I've ever worked. Mismanaged throughout multiple departments. Inclusive mission is not being met in many areas especially with women. Must work awful shifts, long hours, holidays and weekends for some.

The job provided good pay and hours for a part-time job. There were also opportunities for overtime on occasion.

Cons

Job could be laborious at times, and was often very dull. Some of the trucks used for the job aren't in the best condition.
