Pros

Attempts are being made to work as a team across Departments and to focus as a single entity. Inclusion departments and Development departments contribute greatly to this effort.

Cons

Each department still operates separately. Sometimes there is an us vs them mentality between different departments. Barriers are being broken down but it seems to be a difficult and slow process.
