Good autonomy ability to create culture and create the clinic you want to make

Cons

It is still somewhat corporate so you do have to talk about plans and get approval for major changes but this isn’t all bad as they have good experience and it gives an opportunity to make sure you’re set in what you want to do

Great managers, great vets, always willing to listen, makes the effort to meet clients halfway, always someone to lend a helping hand in any project.

Cons

Busy to the point of burnout. Never-ending supply of clients.

Pros

Leadership wants to work alongside you and not above. The transparency of the business is always there so uncertainty with anything is never anxiety filled because I was informed prior of the ebbs and flows we are undergoing.

That I didn't find this company sooner!
