I love my co-workers. People at Civix are dedicated and passionate about their craft. I love that my voice is heard and that there are opportunities to grow my career. Work is challenging with a focus on using best agile practices.

Cons

Deadlines are sometimes tight. With all the time zones involved, at times, communication can be challenging.

No clear vision, upper managers blames developers for their bad direction, they force you to work long hours. They treat Mexican developers like garbage
