Pros

Casual dress, half days if goals met, benefits after 90 days, commission if goals met (with stipulations), good co-workers, downtown location

Cons

New management came in and turned the place on its head! Many people left which is sad because it was a great place to work. Also the pay is not proportionate to the work load. Many issues getting everyone on the same page, inconsistent rules and favoritism abounds! You think if you go in, work hard, and show up you will be rewarded for the effort. Don't bet on it. And, there are some seriously sketchy things going on. The commission is hard to understand, and if you have to also pay child care the pay and then insurance will almost make it not worth working.

-Expected to keep up with back to back calls but never make a mistake. -Admin staff are rude and belittling. -Rules change with no notice. -Greedy CEO loves to brag about profit, but the hourly pay is abysmal. -Bonus structure that is impossible to meet with new changes. -Insane turnover due to toxic culture.
