Easy work. Good hours.

Cons

The management are all married TO EACH OTHER, major 'favoritism among employees, deceitful standards. Some managers are lazy and only decide to reprimand something if they don't like you. Human resources is a joke, they are all friends with the managers. The CEO, pretty much ignores all complaints. MAJOR HOSTILE work environment (if your not a brown noser) ZERO room for advancement. Not unless you are sleeping with someone in power.
