Pros

Performance is huge here. If you are someone who is consistently at the top of your game you will do well here. CMR is genuinely interested in developing employees. Encouragement to pursue strengths and improve on weaknesses. Generous time off policy. PTO hours plus company half days and volunteer time off. Free parking - office is located downtown. Leadership is involved at all levels. Gym and trainer on site. Company is really focused on their culture. Dental, Vision and Health insurance including an Employee Assistance Program.

Cons

Not really a con, but expectations for employees are high. You're to be on time and productive while you're at work. Not everyone is able to be so consistent, making some past employees feel bitter about their experience.
