Pros

I love working for Clara Labs because it allows me to work a flexible full-time schedule from home while providing opportunities to learn and grow. Even though I'm not in-office, there's still a friendly, team atmosphere that makes me enjoy logging into work every day. Management is very responsive and takes the time to understand and address any concerns without making you feel bothersome. I have recommended multiple people to Clara Labs and will continue to do so in the future.

Cons

Since Clara Labs is continuously improving their system, there is a constant learning curve; however, it's nothing to worry about if you're a quick learner and adapt well to change.

Clara Labs is building a complex product that combines automation software, machine learning, and distributed microtask work. Balancing the needs of these different functions internally while growing and maintaining a high quality product is no small feat. Some of the highlights that make this a great place to work: - highly self-reflective, agile founders, often seek team input - culture with a focus on learning, experimentation, and feedback loops - emphasis on effective processes - interesting and challenging problems - unique approach to operations and automation

The team is very thoughtful and is undaunted in taking on a really hard problem. Makes adjustments to feedback quickly, learning oriented.
