Pros
This company has such great people working for it. I get it, sometimes things get crazy around here, but we stick together and we work through it. You have to read between the reviews. I promise you, the bad reviews on this site are written by only a few people. 2 new post in the last month. Why, because one guy doesn't know how to act and thinks he deserves a job. Guess what. You don't. Go somewhere else, if you can even find a job. Like normal, most everybody here is great. It is always a few people messing it up. A few rotten apples. And it isn't management. BTW, someone just retired from the company, has been with them for 32 years. Can't be that bad of a company. Most people here, including those whining have been here 5+ years. Can't be that bad.
Cons
A few people that can't stand to be held accountable. Sadly, they won't be able to find a job elsewhere. So they will just stick around here.
