There honestly isn't anymore. It used to be the good pay, but they've taken that as well now.

Cons

Management is incompetent, and changing constantly. Pay is not enough for hazardous leaded environment. (And they are making cuts to incentive. Money was the only reason to work here.) Revolving door turnover rate. Training is practically non-existent anymore due to lack of qualified, or interested trainers. HR changes faces every few months. Payroll department is inefficient, and incompetent. Hours are insane, so expect to work 55+ due to lack of proper staffing. You will hardly ever see your family, and divorce rates are high in factory. Hot work environment. Not temperature controlled. Dirty, and leaded. Poor maintaining of equipment, and machines.
