      Pros

      Good pay, easy hours, good people on the floor.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, no management accountability, division within the organization, harassment, racism, and many more. HR seems to be a bystander within these problems. One supervisor had a relationship with a temp and nobody held him accountable for it.

      Simple work, plenty of days off.

      Cons

      Poor pay, difference between base pay and incentive pay too great, lying to employees, not paying on time, messing up pay and time, long hours, non climate controlled working conditions that mean freezing winters and boiling summers.
