No work/ life balance Forced overtime They basically own you No a/c Extremely hot during summer Definitely not a good job for a single parent Lead exposure

Sorry to see your 2-star review and comments about the heat and the long work hours. North Carolina is going to be hot in the summer as are many of our plants, so that is a reality that job seekers should research before working with us. Thanks for the comments about work/life balance. It is important for us to hear so we can manage our expectations and limit the number of work hours we expect each person to work in a typical week. That is great advice for our schedulers to hear loud and clear.

None… stay away.. far away

Cons

-Bad equipment… but you have to get unrealistic numbers or you are the scapegoat -Too many double standards, lies, passive aggressive management -Corporate is the puppet master for the plant but has no clue of how things work
