Simple work, plenty of days off.

Cons

Poor pay, difference between base pay and incentive pay too great, lying to employees, not paying on time, messing up pay and time, long hours, non climate controlled working conditions that mean freezing winters and boiling summers.

Pros

You can make a lot of money working here, the work schedule is at least consistent. Management has no problem dishing out overtime for those who want it, or those who don’t want it.

Cons

Way too many hours. 6 or 7 day work weeks every single week. Absolutely zero regard for work life balance. I think we’ve had 2 or 3 saturdays off this entire year. Blew right through the expected “slow season” that usually gives us a break from this. Very few opportunities for advancement. If you don’t have a degree already, it’s impossible to get into management. Tuition reimbursement is available but who has time to take classes while working 7 days a week. We can’t keep employees right now, so the rest of us who are sticking it out get stuck with massive amounts of overtime to cover understaffed shifts.

High salaries for Milwaukee and still 100% work from home

Cons

New leadership, just swapped the old boys club for a new version. Management cares about their bonus not the people. For a market leader, they are clueless.
