There are no pros. The company is a joke!

Cons

Talent leaves quickly at all levels. People get promoted to fill quotas. I worked for 3 of the worst facility managers I ever saw. The last one is a complete imbecile, and got the role for one reason. People are treated horribly. There is only one thing and that is numbers, and no ones opinions matter.

Pros

Compensation is pretty good but not worth the trouble

Cons

Before the company was bought out it was a great place to be. After the buy out the new company decided to clear out all of management from the plant level up. This was done in a few short months. So now all the new hires in all the management positions were never trained amd are learning as they go. This results in material shortages weekly and extreme under staffing in all departments. Its a mess and has been getting worse for the last 2 years.

Pros

Stability of our industry and descent profits will drive us forward. Our dominant market share is a plus. Strong safety and compliance leaders. Seasoned HR teams.

Cons

We lack experienced leadership to properly protect our plants and those of us that travel internationally. We should have recruited an experienced person in that arena . In my meetings with security, the leadership seems lost. The exception is Mexico where we still contract with a person that we used successfully when we were JCI and helped me recently in one of our plants in Mexico.
