Great place for starting your career. But not good for long term career growth. Great exposure with Europe team and China team Un predicatable work culture with less learning Encourage interns to full time Employees are sweet but lack technical expertise. Great place to outsource your skill and jobs to Mexico, Eastern Europe and India

Cons

Outdated management with old guard lacking real engineering experience in new technology and software development Encourages outsourcing Work outsourced to external contractors.
