Pros

Fairly flexible schedule for a work/life balance. Benefits pretty good.

Cons

Vacation starts at 3 weeks and doesn't change until 10 years of service. Practices are put in place but not always enforced nor aligned to thus causes issues across teams, divisions, and even into the plants at times.

Thanks for providing your review. Working through the summer is often uncomfortably hot as you mention. It's the frequent water breaks, Gatorade, and other things that help get everyone through it.
