Managers are cool to those they like Good pay Decent hours Minimal overtime They feed you

Cons

Managers pick and choose who stays and who goes. They treat employees differently. They will end your employment with no heads up or reason if they see that you’re quiet and stay to yourself. If someone they like is out sick for days they will still keep them employed and excuse the absence without demanding a Dr note.

Job was challenging and had many good people to work with.

Cons

Plant manager is an arrogant person. Believing he is above everyone. Also sense the company was bought from John Controls and name changed. Moral has went down so to the way the production workers are treated.

We learn from every post and know how important it is for plant leadership to communicate and learn from their plant employees daily, through both formal and informal means. Yes, Clarios was divested from Johnson Controls in 2019. That is accurate.
