Lots to learn. Lots of equipment. Good stepping stone to build skill.

Cons

Leadership a little lacking, everything is hanging on by a thread. Always underprepared, understaffed, short supply of critical parts.

Thank you for sharing your review. As we enter our "busy season" it is helpful to share that work hours do expand. People who are considering joining the company need to know that the working hours are often more than 40 hours a week. The pay and overtime pay is high to compensate for this hard work.

There are no pros. The company is a joke!

Cons

Talent leaves quickly at all levels. People get promoted to fill quotas. I worked for 3 of the worst facility managers I ever saw. The last one is a complete imbecile, and got the role for one reason. People are treated horribly. There is only one thing and that is numbers, and no ones opinions matter.
