Pros

Lead-Acid production will continue for some years, but declining volumes

Cons

The company is so highly leveraged (loss in the first 6 months of 2022) that there is no capital for investment in new technologies, and there are much better choices than Lead-Acid batteries in EVs. Rationalisation wave last year, and another 5% just recently, to make the Private Equity owners happy, with a matching working atmosphere.

Good Money Decent Benefits Vacation 401K Bonuses

Cons

The Extremely High Turnover Rate. EXCONs and Rapist are free to roam. The Union protection is almost at a Mob level. You as a supervisor have quotas that you can not meet based on the union making excuses up for the lack of production. Workers challenge the rules and your authority at will and is engraved into their lack luster culture.

zero work life balance They want your life to be work, and no type of back up Your constantly being given unacceptable conditions to work in. Leadership or lack there of will back stab you in a heartbeat to get what they want Racial issues definitely are prevalent and ignored
