      Friendly people but poor HR leadership affects integrity

      Overall, the people are pleasant.

      Cons

      Claritev would be a great place to work if they had an effective Human Resources function to support its employees and business function. As a result of very poor HR leadership, this company will continue to suffer a lack of integrity. When they don't know something rather than take the time to figure out the right way to do things, they just wing it regardless of how it impacts others and this approach is actually rewarded

      Friendly colleagues and remote work.

      Cons

      This is such an awful company. My colleagues have not gotten a raise in over 2 years! Work always goes beyond your scope due to lack of resources and you're expected to work well over the 40 hr workweek all the whole having a lower salary. It's not worth working here - please run in the other direction.
