Everything that I was promised during the interview process has come into fruition so far at Clarity. Leadership actually cares about the employees and treat everyone more like family than an employee. They are honest, straight forward, and follow through with all they promise. They promised to invest in my startup and have given me full autonomy along with direct hire resources (and interns) that dedicate 100% of their time to my vision(s). They promised me remote work and I have only been in the office for a few hours maybe a handful of times over the past year (due to my own choice to go). We had a bad PM on as a subcontractor on a project. They heard the issues, investigated quickly, and refused to let me and my team members be treated the way we were being treated. We were pulled from the project and they found us new contracts to work on which turned out to be amazing. While waiting for the new contracts to be identified, I was able to work 100% on my startup and get paid as I would on contract. Clarity really does care about the people and the culture. If you have a hunger for learning new things and getting the support from a great group of people, Clarity is perfect for you. If you get bored easily and like to jump around to different contracts for different clients, Clarity is perfect for you. If you want the flexibility to work from home or go to the office, You guessed it, Clarity is perfect for you!
