Pros
This is a great company which values inclusiveness, passion, grit and dedication to the mission. The experience I have had here is unlike anything I have ever witnessed. - Very open-door/No bureaucracy (yes you can walk into senior leadership or management's office to talk about issues). - Great salary, benefits, 401K + profit-sharing, and limitless snacks! - Flexible work / remote-work (places trust in employees) - Get you the tools you need to get the job done (aka Macbook, etc). - Opportunities to cross-train on multiple tech stacks (Vue, React, Go, Python, AWS, etc) because of its multiple projects. - The people here are mission-oriented, empathetic, and caring - something I have never witnessed in a company before. *Break-times are AWESOME! RocketLeague and Madden leagues.
Cons
The only con I can see is that in my office it can get quite loud because of the open-concept desks This might not be the place for you if - Timid to speak with senior leadership / management - Don't like to talk to people
