      Despite 15 years of dedication, the compensation was about 35% less than what the same role would make in other industries. Expectations of performance are unrealistic, which means the bonus and overall comp plan will never be hit 100%.

      CEO- the new CEO in 2023 is taking the company backwards instead of forward. He is not adapting to the company culture or goals. Customers be warn, the innovation will be going down hill as the ceo is making peoples work life miserable with high stress of commuting to office. The outcome will be low productivity and customer satisfaction from mental health burn out. I have seen this with other companies pre-pandemic and it lead to a revolving door that not employee retention could not be held and this made innovation hard to achieve.
