Challenging fun teams. Interesting projects.

Cons

Cost cutting is the main strategy because of continued failure to focus on and implement a broader one. US employment for engineers is attrition based. Benefits dramatically reduced from acquired companies. Not competitive in the market outside low cost centers.

Genuinely nothing unless you are a white man. You will receive 2x more pay than women, and if you enjoy hiding that information this is the place for you!

Cons

-Sexist Workplace -Sets you up to fail -Zero training and you are expected to train new hires without compensation for doing so -No value on the individual, you are a number

Good people doing the actual work. They are good at keeping remote employees informed.

Cons

There have been way too many organization changes. An insane amount of time and energy has been spent on change, with no real benefit. After years of this, morale is low.
