They keep appearances up very high. The soundbites are amazing.

Cons

Everything is given the most ideal, and up to date, lip service. No substance. Stay away. Maybe once it started with something useful but now it's just reputation and cutting costs with no regard to actual product quality or helping customers.

It's hard any day to figure out what the direction of the company is. I hope this is just because of all the recent changes and it will settle out over the next couple of years.
