The sense is one is always waiting for the other shoe to drop. Expected to do more with very high sales quotas. Even when one does reach monthly goals, the expectation is to do more. There were layoffs in fall of 2024 and another wave of layoffs in January/February 2025.

I like my coworkers, and the office is fine

Cons

I think it's poorly run, everything is higgledy piggledy, pay is too low and the promotion track is poor. It has expanded way too quickly and vacuumed up too many companies so there's no consistent work culture
