Cons

Stress can kill you. Too much work and load lack of man power and trainings of new tech being used.

Pros

The basic businesses are solid. Great customers. Easy going work life balance and people who care to do the right things. Transparent and responsive management that acknowledges issues and works at them.

Cons

The company is still emerging, and many of the new processes are challenging. It’s highly structured and process based. The company inherited a variety of messes to untangle — in order to grow. It can be difficult to improve process or products because many people need to be involved and it can be hard to get action. Better now than six months ago however.
