Onboarding program helps me to have better understanding to prepare for the next step in career trajectory. Activities like peer-to-peer icebreakers, candid chats with cross-disciplinary team leaders. New hires are taken through all the departments of the organization to understand how each function. First day onboarding makes me feel truly personal welcome and excited to be a part of the company.
