      Pros

      Clarivate has been very welcoming and warm to us new hire. The managers around the world and even higher management is so excited to meet and constantly assuring none of the new hire is left. I feel appreciated and am having a swell time with colleagues as well.

      Cons

      As for now, there is major downsides that I am concerned about. However, there is not much learning materials to look upon.

      It was an outstanding welcoming session for newbies, such a great way of taking care of employees' needs and values, much attention given on employee's engagement with the higher management without the flow of hierarchy.

      It is all good about being part of Clarivate Fam!
