- In the past year the company has focused a lot on increasing profitability but the internal changes have been implemented in many cases with arrogance, disrespect for people's work and without a decent communication. For these reasons, many great people with a lot of experience have left the company and others are thinking about leaving or they are interviewing somewhere else.
- Morale is very low due to the uncertainty that the company faces and the lack of internal communication.
-Salaries are lower than in many other companies in this industry. This was probably ok when the company was part of the Thomson Reuters group but now Clarivate has lost its brand, is owned by PE and therefore it will probably be sold in pieces in the coming years. Salaries should get higher to reflect the higher degree of uncertainty that workers face.
- The company is using consultants to improve processes but in the past year bureaucracy/red tape has increased a lot and people are spending much more time discussing internally and getting all the relevant approvals to get anything done.
- TR used to be a great place to work in which people were very collaborative and nice to each other. Now the values are the same only on paper, people are in general more rude to each other and less collaborative.
- Many products needs investment to keep up with the competition.
- Top management doesn't know/understand what happens at the ground level.
- Lack of accountability in the IT department, too many issues have to be solved by managers/workers from other departments and become extremely time-consuming and frustrating.
