Disclaimer - this is a very personal experience within specific circumstances. If you work for a different business unit, a different team or a different manager, your experience may be very different. My experience so far is overwhelmingly positive. The major pros for me include a decent renumeration, flexible working schedule, great colleagues and an incredibly supportive management. The company provides reasonable benefits and takes a pretty good care of its employees.

Cons

It's a relatively recently independent company following its separation from Thomson Reuters. So it is still in a transition period with many issues (e.g. infrastructure) yet to be sorted. But we're getting there.
