Pros

Most of the people I met and worked with are smart and motivated, theres a good vibe in the offices (both US and IL) and the tech itself is interesting. Also developing cool new products.

Cons

Not many, if any, yet.

Pros

team members I work with and some other colleagues are really nice and seem quite happy. The tech we deal with is the latest stuff out there, from big data and ML, NLP etc. So, Im happy.

Cons

We also need to migrate some of the older tech into modern stack and AWS but the process itself, while not easy, is interesting.

Pros

I’ve been working within the EMEA sales team for about 3 years and I love it. There are many pros, here are a few: Product – Really proud to work for a leader in the space of collaborative work / project management software in the cloud. Its flagship product is very mature (over 10 years) and easily configurable. More than once, I’ve had prospects clap and hi-five each other during our product demos. Management - My managers at Clarizen have consistently given me as much independence as I want/need to explore my role and hit my targets. I also have the freedom to expand my responsibilities and take initiative. It’s a results driven business culture and I have found it to be very fair. Leadership – Very strong executive team was brought in about 2 years, they have set out an ambitious strategy which we are a executing well. Leadership is very transparent and share on a quarterly (and sometimes weekly basis) progress with the entire company. People / culture – People are warm, friendly, respectful, and professional. Coming to work every day is a pleasure. About 2 years ago there was a large turnover of people when new management was brought in and turned things around, I was a bit worried that the DNA of the company would change adversely, but it hasn’t, things have only improved and the quality of the people has been very high. There is a friendly atmosphere in all 3 locations (IL, UK, USA), fruits and other goodies in the kitchen, video games, happy hours, lunch & learns, drinks at the pub, escape rooms, company outings, etc. EMEA leadership – sales and delivery are headed by two experienced executives. Nice guys, soft spoken, well coordinated and good to the people who report to them. Compensation – I have found Clarizen’s compensation to be slightly higher than the market average. Salaries and bonuses are paid out on time and as promised. Never had any issue with that.

Cons

Product – the product itself is very open so it has to be adapted on a case by case basis so that it resonates with a customer’s pains, this can be difficult but for that there are the sales engineers and professional services who are responsible for configuring the software, they are really good at that.
