Great product Demand in Market Leader in space

Bad management/leaders Employees promoted by default for being there for so long not because they are qualified If manager wants you to succeed you will, you will be given good leads and opportunites if not don't worry you wont be fired but they will make it very uncomfortable for you and you will be pushed out No work life balance No room for growth No culture at all, it's just work work work

Really nice and smart people on many teams, especially Professional Services and Sales Engineering Great Work/Life balance because expectations are so incredibly low Actually a really great product (but definitely needs a User Experience upgrade)

Cons

Severe lack of competent leadership - company has been in chaos for years, so much attrition No processes whatsoever No diversity - hello all male white colleagues in their 40s... And lastly, I'll just say "People don't leave bad jobs, they leave bad managers"
