- Some of the smartest people I have ever known - CEO's listen-first leadership style is heartfelt and pervasive - Unbelievable, stylish new office with sweeping views of SF Bay - Market-leading product - leader quadrant in Gartner's ranking of the market - High energy without insane pressure

Cons

- Having so much opportunity that you need to really focus (it's a good problem to have)

Pros

Really close-knit group of people in the office. You see and interact with pretty much everyone on a day to day basis, including the CEO. The product is awesome and is ahead of its time. Once companies realize the value, this company will take off.

Cons

A lot of the things that were negative have changed with new "higher-ups" in place. This company is really on the right track.

Pros

- Tremendous product that is solving real company problems and adding value in every conversation. - World class Marketing, SE, AE, CSM, SDR, PS, and Product teams. - Great leadership in the Tel Aviv and San Mateo offices, the team cares about each other and everyone is on the same page as it relates to the growth and direction of the company. - Very competitive comp plan with the opportunity to make a lot of money. - Clarizen continues to win a lot against formidable competitors. - Customers love the product and the sales/ buying experience.

Cons

- There is a need for more front line managers as the sales organization scales. (this is being addressed) - Blend multi-product functionality into one platform. - Need to align with more Change Management consulting companies due to increased business and big account relationships.
