      Truly a great place to work and grow your career. Leadership provides you with the opportunities to grow and tools to succeed. The projects we build are landmarks in our communities and exciting to build. If you want to be rewarded for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to being a better builder this is the place to be. The company continues to grow but the family atmosphere stays the same.

      I’m sure there are less challenging careers out there but that’s not why you get into construction.

      -Internship Opportunities -Opportunity to explore all facets of the industry (estimating, acquisitions, purchasing, change orders, building, quality control, structural, owner/client relations, etc) -Career Advancement Opportunities -Philanthropic Initiatives and Oppurtunities -Hands on Knowledge -Exposure to multiple entities (Owners and Subcontractors) -You learn technical and practical skills -Great People (Project Team and Upper Management) -Extracurricular Activities -Great Benefits -Traveling (both to regional offices and to track material) -Relocation capabilities -Upper Management that doesn't make you feel like just a number. They go out of their way to remember you and build relationships. -Good Vacation and Sick Leave Policy -Various Project Sites and Regional Offices to pick from

      Long Work hours. Working on weekends is typical The above makes it challenging to find and/or maintain a work/life balance, but it's possible. Sometimes the locations of the project sites are not close to home which increases work hours (although there is potential to be closer to home)
