      Pros

      Opportunity to learn many aspects of the construction industry both in the field and office side. Very flexible to your passions and interests. Continuous growth opportunities by giving large responsibilities early on! Some of the best high profile jobs in the nation. Ethics, Giving Back and Safety are important to Clark!

      Cons

      Management does not support or create a culture that yields healthy work life balance. Work overtime daily and weekends with no rewards. Only allowed to report 40 hr work weeks. No parking for employees, no fitness reimbursement, old school corporate standards.

      One of the biggest, most competitive general contractors in the country, definitely in charge of some cool projects in the biggest cities. Fun people to work with, great company culture

      exciting, highly visible projects that often involve construction of never before utilized building components never a boring day, there's always tons of tasks to be done good team oriented environment Fast upwards mobility, compared to the Clark GC

      Cons

      Work life balance is bad; 60 hour work weeks are typical as well as working weekends. There's a sense that the company is taking advantage of the entry level engineers by making them work long hours and not paying for that time Job is stressful as there are always deadlines to be met and tons of things to keep in mind at all times. After a while you get used to it though. Work environment could be better, even for a worksite. There is regularly raw sewage leaking from sump tanks in our trailer park, the trailer is dirty and unkempt (you are expected to clean it yourself, on top of your actual work tasks). In addition no parking is provided, so that adds an exciting parking hunt to each morning.
