      lots of over time and company willing to invest in individuals to grow with company.you can get to a higher pay fast by job site if you're willing to take classes and work hard.

      Collaborative culture -- no cubicles. Great people -- intelligent, innovative, collaborative. Pension and 401(K). If you can dream it — try it culture -- not bound by old processes. The leadership is open and friendly — they leave their ego at the door — not hung up on titles. Open door policy.

      Cons

      The Western region is ahead on many of the industry standard processes and software. Have to wait until the East coast catches up.
