      Great company but not the family company!

      Pros

      It's a great company. There is a team atmosphere. Benefits are good. Different health insurance options for Clark staff to pick from.

      Cons

      The company needs to learn and understand the concept of a work family life balance. I think they can also learn about how their employees can work from home. Also people need to learn that this might be an ego driven business but there is no reason to be a bully to their fellow coworkers.

      Pros

      Great place to start your career and get exposed to multiple facets of the construction industry. They give plenty of opportunities to grow. A lot of young professionals running large projects. Many of the projects are high profile and great for the resume. Definitely feels like you are working for a family, team spirited, competitive company.

      Cons

      There is a lack of transparency across executive leadership, promotions and compensation is loosely based on performance and more so on internal company relationships, salaries are not competitive in the current market, they do not reward loyalty, and bonuses are not consistently distributed. Also, they are too top heavy with VPs. Not enough middle management.
