      Pros

      Great environment to grow and thrive and create a career in the electrical construction industry. Clear communication about the direction of the company. Invests in their people. Promotes from within.

      Cons

      Sometimes long hours that often come with construction jobs...but only when needed, not as a general rule.

      Pros

      The people at Clark are great to work with. Smart, competent, very fun. This is a very young company. Lots of experience right off the bat.

      Cons

      No work-life Balance. The middle management does not value the time of their employees. I have found there is a competition to stay late, regardless of whether you have to or not.

      Plenty of group activities for interns and lots of opportunities to get experience by visiting different job sites

      Cons

      Work like balance doesn't seem to be great for new employees and have seen employees work extra hours and weekends with no compensation
