      Pros

      Clark invests in their employees with training programs at all levels. Competitive salary, benefits, and bonuses for those who contribute to the success of the projects/company. Large company capability with a small company feel. Lots of responsibility given to employees.

      Cons

      Long work hours and heavy work load at times...but isn't that construction? Private company with no option for stock or ownership.

      They offer above average wages for their superintendents. Great jobs and staffed accordingly. Awesome PM's and VP's.
