      Got lots of experience and worked with some great people. Got to see many different aspects of construction.

      Clark is a very large firm and it seemed easy to get lost in it.

      Pros

      Clark is a very large company. There is a definite feeling of job security as long as you don't slack off. Clark builds some of the coolest projects in DC and its surrounding suburbs.

      Cons

      No advancement for minorities. No work/life balance. Bonuses are tied to your project and not given based on merit. You are seriously just a number, if that.
