      Pros

      Great Company, lots of great people willing to help others all over the company. The culture is the best thing about this company, everyone is willing to go the extra mile to make a difference.

      Cons

      Horrible local leadership, management by fear, grueling long hours, no work/life balance, no long term career paths for the young ones. You go in different directions every hour, not sure if your going in the right one.....

      They really want you to get actual valuable experience at Clark. They are not trying to push Clark down your throat and really want you to succeed in whatever path you take. They are open to working with what you would like to do and give substantial tasks.
