I have flexible working time and my supervisor was very helpful. I answer questions to applicants and process applications, which gives me a sense of achievement.

Cons

The salary is a little bit lower than I expected and it is cold in the office during the winter.

Great culture and openness in the workplace. A leading higher education institution with a clear focus on students and making a positive impact on their lives

Cons

Too slow to implement anything and pays below Boston's standards. Location is also a con as there is little attractiveness to the neighborhood.
